Domain name: Domain registration/renewal for domains we register on your behalf. Discounts or free promotions for domain registrations/renewals are extended during your hosting period with us only. Once your hosting account is canceled or expires, if you choose to change domain registrars or hosting providers, the difference between the amount paid for your domain to us and the actual full cost for the domain at the full price since the original registration date is due before we will release the domain.

Bandwidth : If the customers account exceeds the bandwidth limit, we would inform the customer. If the customer does not wish to purchase extra bandwidth or upgrade his account and continues to exceed their limit, the account shall be suspended until the customer takes measures to ensure that the limit wouldn’t exceed again or when the account is upgraded, which ever is earlier. The account would be reactivated in the following month.

Backup and Data Loss: iWebindia Web Services is not responsible for files or data loss. It is the client full responsibility for file and data transfer and maintaining backup file of your own account. Backup are used solely by iWebindia Web Services for emergency or server restoration only. There will be no backups for accounts that have been suspended or terminated. iWebindia Web Services will not be responsible for any data loss related to accounts that have past due invoice or suspended due to non-payment. iWebindia Web Services will not be responsible for any data loss.

Uptime Guarantee: If your shared hosting account downtime is not within the 99.9% uptime, you may request for credit on your account based on our Service Level Agreement. Uptime of the server is defined as the reported hardware and network availability, not uptime from individual service which is independent of the actual uptime of the server. Third party monitoring services reports may not be used for justification due to unreliable monitor's network capacity/transit availability.

No-Spam Policy : We have a strict No-Spam Policy prohibiting the use of any data collected to send spam. We will not sell any contact information to third parties.

Commercial Advertising/Mass Mailings/UCE/SPAM: You must not use the iWebindia.com. Network, iWebindia.com. Equipment or any iWebindia.com. Email address in connection with the transmission of spam, flames, mail bombs, or substantially similar, unsolicited email messages. Your domain may not reference as an originator, intermediary, or reply-to address in any of the above. This prohibition extends to the sending of unsolicited mass mailings from another service that in any way implicates the use of the iWebindia.com. Network, iWebindia.com. Equipment or any iWebindia.com. Email address. A message considers unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a newsgroup charter or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one’s email address accessible to the public will not constitute a request or invitation to receive messages. If you are found to have spammed, without warning, iWebindia.com reserves the right to disable your domain/terminate your account. iWebindia.com solely reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to known spammers. Lastly, iWebindia.com reserves the right to determine what violates this policy. As such, any violation may result in cancellation of services without refund.

Hosting Limits: Hosting space is intended for normal use only, and is limited to Web files, e-mail and content of the hosted Web sites, not for storage of media or other data nor for the sole purpose of mass e-mail/solicitation. Hosting space may not be used as off site storage for electronic files or for third party electronic mail or FTP hosts. You are responsible for removing any files which do not meet these requirements, and for adhering to any hosting space (disk usage) limits allocated to your account(s). Failure to do so may result in removal and deletion of such materials, and/or in discontinuation of your services or account. - violating this rule will result in account suspension.

Non-Refundable Fees: Domain name registration/transfer, domain protection, site builder, setup fees, activation and reactivation fees, license fees, upgrade/downgrade/migration fees, additionally set up services and premium support services are not refundable. Any request to redeem special or free optional services need to be redeemed at the same time of the package start date or the upgrade date of the applicable new package or the right to such special or free services will be waived. Example of such services include, but are not limited to, free domain registration, SSL, static IP, domain ID protection.

Limitation of Liability: You expressly acknowledge and agree that NextraOne Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses or damages, including without limitation damages for lost profits, goodwill, use, data, down time, failure to realize savings, or other indirect loss (even if advised as to the possibility of such damages) resulting from

Security: We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations

Customer Abus: We have zero tolerance for abusive language or abusive behavior towards our company or service we provide or our employees. Any customer deemed at our sole discretion to be offensive to our company or service we offer and/, or our employees will result in immediate irrevocable account termination without any refund. Furthermore, posting negative feedback on any public forum about our company or our employees before submitting a ticket to our ‘Feedback’ department to discuss your issue will result in immediate account termination without any refund. Although it is your right to post feedback without discussing your issue with us first, it is undoubtedly unfair and unprofessional not to, which is not the type of client we want to deal with We have the utmost respect for all of our clients and are more than fair with all of our clients. We will do anything and everything possible to keep all of our clients satisfied. But in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied, all that we ask is to discuss your issue with our ‘Feedback’ department first.

Refusal of Service : iwebindia.com Reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any of Globaliweb.com’s Rules and Regulations could result in a warning, suspension, or possible account termination. Accounts may terminate for any or no reason at all without any prior notice to the customer. Accounts terminated due to policy violations will not be refunded.

For the violation of any law or iwebindia.com strategy, that results in loss to iwebindia.com or the bringing of any claim against iwebindia.com. This means that if iwebindia.com is used because of activities of the customer that violate any law, or this policy, the customer will pay any damages awarded against iwebindia.com., plus costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees.
